Terms and Conditions — The Granville Room (Vancouver, BC)
 

Introduction By accessing or using The Granville Room website and submitting booking or request forms you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit requests.

Applicability These Terms apply to all use of the website and to all enquiries, reservation requests, guest-list submissions, bottle service/VIP requests, and event hosting requests submitted via the website.
 

Eligibility / Age Requirement The Granville Room serves alcohol. All patrons and any person making bookings or requests must be at least 19 years old. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required on arrival. By submitting a request or attending the venue you confirm you are 19 or older.
 

How to Book / Submit Requests Lounge reservations: All reservations must be made through our online reservation booking service on the website. Requests made by any other method are not accepted. Guest list: Guest-list requests must be submitted via the guest-list form on the website. Submission is a request only and does not guarantee entry. Bottle service & VIP: Requests for bottle service and/or VIP sections must be submitted using the designated online form. These services require written confirmation from The Granville Room to be guaranteed. Host an event: Requests to host private events or functions must be submitted via the event request form on the website and are subject to availability and confirmation. Confirmation: No booking, guest-list, bottle service, VIP booking, or event is confirmed until you receive written confirmation (email or text) from The Granville Room.
 

Fees, Deposits & Payment No payments are processed through the public website. Any applicable fees, minimum spends, deposits, service charges, or gratuities associated with bottle service, VIP bookings, private events, or special lounge bookings will be communicated at the time of confirmation. Payments, deposits, and any required guarantees will be collected in person at the venue or via an agreed third‑party payment method prior to or at the time of service. Deposit, cancellation, and refund terms (including non-refundable deposits) will be specified in each booking confirmation.
 

Arrival, No-shows & Cancellations Please arrive within the confirmed arrival window. Late arrival may result in release of your reservation or reallocation of your table. No-shows or failure to meet deposit/minimum requirements may result in forfeiture of deposits, additional charges, and release of the reserved area. Cancellation terms will be provided in the booking confirmation; where a non-refundable deposit applies it will not be returned if you cancel.

Capacity, Entry & Venue Discretion Entry (including guest-list access) is subject to capacity, local licensing and safety regulations, compliance with dress code, and venue discretion. The Granville Room reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for reasons permitted by law (including intoxication, unacceptable behaviour, fraudulent ID, or health & safety concerns).
 

Conduct, Safety & Compliance All patrons must comply with staff instructions, venue policies (dress code, smoking rules, etc.), and applicable laws and regulations including those relating to the sale and service of alcohol in British Columbia. The venue may conduct bag checks, breathalyzer tests, and other safety procedures in line with provincial regulations. Illegal activity will be reported to authorities.
 

Use of Information & Privacy You are responsible for providing accurate information in forms. We use submitted information to process requests, confirm bookings, and contact you regarding your reservation or request. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By submitting information you consent to its use for booking and communication purposes.
 

Intellectual Property All website content (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to The Granville Room. Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.

No Warranty / Limitation of Liability The website, booking services, and information are provided "as is." The Granville Room makes no warranties as to accuracy or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Granville Room is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, booking system, or venue services. Liability for direct loss is limited as permitted by applicable law.
 

Changes to Services & Terms We may modify site features, booking procedures, fees, or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Vancouver, BC.
